Q: How long after ordering is my order shipped?
A: We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days. If you select Expedited Processing at checkout, we'll ship within 24-48 hours depending on which time in the day the orders are placed.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 60-day returns policy from the date of purchase.
Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund.

Q: What are your product sizing details?
A: Consider including details such as
- product dimensions
- fit type (fitted, relaxed, regular, etc.)
- if the item runs true to size
- if the item is pre-shrunk
- how material affects fit

Q: Which carrier do you use for shipping?
A: We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

Q: How long does it take for shipments to arrive?
A: We ship all orders from our USA factory. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

USA - *Within 2-5 business days
Canada - Within 4-10 business days
Western Europe - Within 5-15 business days
Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days
Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days
*Expedited delivery is available for a fee an items are shipped out in 1-3 days

Q: What do I do if I didn't receive my order?
A: Please email us: support@rvrnt.co, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order. Alternatively, you can also Live Chat by clicking on the Bubble at the bottom right-hand corner of our site.

Q: What about Customs Fees/Taxes
A: We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

Changes to EU customs regulations mean you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country's tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on

Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?
A: Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by RVRNT and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team.

Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

Q: Is Expedited/Rush Shipping Available?
A: Yes! If you would like to expedite your shipping time by a few more days, you can elect to add expedited shipping at checkout for a nominal fee.

Q: Is shipping free?
A: We pay shipping on orders over $50USD. Your checkout cart will show you if you qualify. We do not pay custom fees.

Q: What are the Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates for USA?
A: Graphic & Engraved Items are due by December 11th at 11:59PM EDT and all other Message Card Items are due by December 16th 11:59PM EDT

Q: What are the Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates for EU?
A: All message cards & Graphic Engraved products must be ordered by December 14th at 11:59PM EDT in order for items to arrive by Christmas when we pay for Standard "Free" Shipping.
